There is a tremendous furore going on in the United States of America at the moment about the overturning of the Wade vs Roe case which has changed the rules for abortions putting the onus for deciding on whether women can have abortions or not, firmly back to individual states to decide.
Whatever one’s personal views on this are, and I personally have sympathy with both sides, there is one irrefutable fact and it’s this : foetus’s cannot speak up for themselves. It would be wonderful if it were possible to ask them the question about whether or not they cared to be born and to hear a muffled reply along the lines of ‘no way,’ or ‘yes please,’ but that is not possible. They have however, other ways of making their presence felt as any expectant mother will tell you but the fact remains that they can’t actually talk before they are born.
Equally incapable of making a case for themselves are the millions of sex slaves worldwide who are just about as voiceless as foetuses. In fact they are in a worse position for at least there is a large group of people in most countries who try to give the unborn human a voice of some sort and who campaign tirelessly. Sex slaves however have very very few people to demand justice for them. They are as powerless as the foetus. They are also far more invisible as very few people are aware of their existence except their masters or those who buy their bodies.
Nobody knows what a foetus is feeling, all alone in its pre birth state but it is possible to get an idea of what it feels like to be a sex slave by reading the novel, ‘The Garden of Sparkling Delight,’ by Deborah Varen. This will enable you to walk step by step with one young girl as she is lured into sexual slavery and how this actually feels. You will also hear her voice.
Please read this book and try to then give these hidden girls and boys a voice. You can listen to it for FREE by following the link on this website or You Tube, or obtain the paperback from Amazon. You can download it in e-book format also from Amazon. All revenue from Amazon sales go to supporting charities that work in this area.
